Before you pay
What happens after the 7-day trial
On day 8 your first billing period is charged at your quoted rate. You can cancel before then and nothing is charged.
Why is a card needed up front
The trial sets up a UPI or card mandate through Razorpay so renewal happens without interrupting your work. Nothing is charged during the 7 days.
How do I cancel
From your account in the CRM. Cancellation stops the mandate; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What is the refund policy
Write to us within 7 days of a charge and we refund it. After 7 days the period is non-refundable.
Which payment methods work
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay. Recurring charges need UPI AutoPay or a card mandate.
Is my data separate from other agencies
Yes. Each agency has its own isolated company account — its own staff, data, branding and documents. See the privacy policy.
